You need to give more explanation about the logic being applied to each row. I can't easily see a consistent pattern.

I am trying to pull specific information from the text column "C" but the data that i am working with is very inconsistent. There's 3 types of data that i have here
ADA
Merch
and then all other.
a) for ADA I just need it to show : ADA and the date after STMT with the description before "_"
b) for merch i just needit to show : MerchNow date and the description
c) allother its set up as follows:
MNT or GRO then Company Name Invoice# and description I want to eliminiate the MNT/GRO and pick the company name invoice number and select the description on column D.
i have the examples set up on column F as to what I want to show. Thanks
Which Excel version are you using? Your profile says 2003, but your attachment is 2007+...
