Count a range only if another cell has a set value

i have a spreadsheet looking to count up cells in c / d / e / f / g.

and put the value in to cells c6, d6, e6, etc..

but only if cell h is showing as Yes.

Spreadsheet attached with number infilled to what figures are expected.

found soloution SUMIF($H$9:$H$31,"yes",C9:C31)
