Following Opions:
1. VBA Code it to populate the formula to all cells
2. Ctrl + D : from insert formula in first cell & use ctrl+D

Ok Great! The Cntrl D works. Not sure how to code it with VBA.

You can also use the auto-fill feature.
After entering the formula in the first applicable row, hover your mouse pointer over the little box in the bottom-right corner of the cell. The pointer should change into a plus sign.
Then just double-click and the formula will be auto-filled down the entire column.
Both of those suggestions worked great and saved me a ton of time! THANKS!
Glad we could help.
