How To Create An MRP (Matrerials Requirements Plan) For approximately 50 components

Hi does anyone have a quick leg up for an MRP, am thinking it must be an array formula? I have my planned production for 20 items organised time across page and finished products down.
and i have the components each finished product uses organised in a table with finished products across the page components down.

I now want to calculate the requirement for each component by summing up the multiplication of the finnished products production in each time period x the amount used by each of each of the finished products that use that component.

There are 50 components and 20 finished goods items which use up to say 10 different components each
