Permutations calculator

Hi guys,

Is anyone aware of a tool or how to create a permutations calculator? I.E. possibilities to win a league

Specifically, I have a league table with 27 teams. If 20 points are awarded for a win, with 2 games left, how can I work out permutations using formulas to say:

1 team can win the league if the other team fails to win etc.?
