Thumbs up create a list of student in different grades in separate sheets

{=INDEX('SENIOR BOYS'!A$5:A$684,SMALL(IF('SENIOR BOYS'!F$5:F$684=G5,ROW('SENIOR BOYS'!$F$5:$F$684)-ROW('SENIOR BOYS'!F$5)+1),COUNTIF(G$5:G5,G5)))}
Hi. The above formula I supposed to create a list of student in Grade 7 and those of students in Grade 8 in separate sheets in order of performance (i.e score)(RAW MARKS ARE IN ‘SENIOR BOYS’ SHEET). My problem is that the scores are correct, but there is a mix-up in Grades, Names, Dorm and even Team Code.
I would be grateful for your assistance. Thanks
Attached is my workbook, named HIGHLANDS ACADEMY

Thanks in advance.

Re: Index, small, row, countif

I am so grateful for your effort above, however, there are still some problems, thus:
(1) there is duplication of names,
(2) there are missing names in the respective grades.
NB: TOTAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN GRADE 7 = 271 while GRADE 8 = 409

Looking forward for your assistance

Re: HOW TO USE ARRAY FORMULA FOR A MULTI-CRITERIA

Thanks,
EXPLANATION is that I will be entering raw marks in SENIOR BOYS SHEET, whereas GRADE 7 and GRADE 8 SHEETS are to be automatically generated using ARRAY FORMULAS .
I have attached the same file, but i have sorted GRADE 7 and GRADE 8 sheets manually, to show how the results are supposed to be. Thank you

Please take a moment to read the forum rules and then amend your thread title to something descriptive of your problem - not what you think the answer might be. (think google search terms?). Once you have done this please send me a PM and I will remove this request. (Also, include a link to your thread - copy from the address bar)

Many members search our previous posts, and thread titles play a big part of the search. I doubt anybody would do a search based on your title?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT POST then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

(note: this change is not optional )

Also, there is no need to use large (or any fancy) font like that
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Regards
