Easy way to hide lines with a chart until they are completed

Hi all,

I have set up a table with formulas and produced extra line needing people to complete less information each time. I have also set up a number of charts which I'd like to set up initially so they are completed with further information as and when it is added. However I would like these non completed lines ommitted until they are completed.

Is there any way though that you can easily hide all information that hasn't been added, so i.e.
EACU April 9'18 - April 15'18
EACU April 16'18 - April 22'18
EACU April 23'18 - April 29'18........ etc.

Otherwise the chart looks as though the value was 0 for these new months.

I have tried using hide, but it only allows you to hide blank cells and this doesn't work as there is something within column (A) and J has #DIV/0.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

You could apply autofilter to the Attenddes column and select non-blank.

Ah, so easy, thank you.

Would you any idea, how you can set up a way of autofilling a line with information once data has been put into the next line. So for instance if someone were to add a new date into the first column and then it autofills with the formulas within that line?

Would it via a macro?

You could convert the data to a Table, and then formulae will autofill.

Hmm I'm not sure I understand.

So I've seen it before where you start typing in the row underneath your last entry and it autofills, but I'm unsure whether I've seen formulas automatically get added and change to represent the new row.
