Excel Conditional formatting with 3 conditions

Hi there,

I would really appreciate your help with the attached file.
I have put the conditions in the file, I can't for the life in me work out how to put the formula in.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I used 3 conditional formats for each color. I interpreted the conditions for yellow a little different as you described otherwise some combination of scores might show no color.
now the conditions flow from red, yellow to green without blanks
