Listing non-duplicated titles

Hi,

Could someone please tell me how to create a list in one column of unduplicated titels from another column where titles are duplicted several times

Also helpful in another column, would be the number of times each title was used/duplicated

use pivot tables

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Assuming your list is in A2:A100, this in B2 copied down:

=INDEX($A$2:$A$100,MATCH(0,INDEX(COUNTIF($B$1:B1,$A$2:$A$100),0,0),0))

Then in C2 copied down:

=COUNTIF($A$2:$A$100,B2)
