recognition of multipe high/low values within a past timeframe

Dear members,

I have been stuck with an obstacle for quite some time now and I was hoping to find a solution via this forum. I am looking for a way to automatically recognize multiple high/low values within a past timeframe.

This chart represents: horizontal dates and vertical numeric values (all data is available)

How can the 6 marked points be identified (preferably in the same sequence). The formula/tool should indicate per point the date and value.
These points are simply said:
- the (first) lowest point
- the (first) highest point
- the following lowest point and so on.

I really appreciate any advice regarding usefull tools/formulas that can be used for this.
