remove ^ with POWER function

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to excel formulas, I'm trying to convert the below sum

so that all the ^ functions are changed to POWER, the reason for this is that I am using a converter tool to convert from excel to javascript to be used for a web page, but does not allow the ^ function

so far I have managed to change to below apart from the last section which I can't seem to work out where the POWER would go. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

=C9-0.5*POWER(4*POWER(C9,2)-POWER(B9,2),0.5)
