    If date is falls on Saturday then said conditional formatting to be applied based on time

    Hi There,

    > If particular day is Saturday, then following condition format to be applied in cell on timing.
    > I have applied the default condition formatting formula for Monday to Friday, for Saturday there is difference entry time, but I am not sure how to apply the same for Saturday
    > The entry times are in the format hh:mm:ss, I want the cell to have a different font colour if it falls in particular time frames based on the below if it is Saturday”.

    Example:
    If the person entry time is by or before 09:30:00 Font given in Green colour
    If the person entry between 09:30:01 to 09:45:00 Font colour given in pink
    if the person entries after 09:45.01 to 10:00:00, font colour given in Red colour
    if the person entries after 10:00:00, then background colour highlighted with red

    Sample spreadsheet is attached.

    Thanks... Senthil

    For Green

    CF rule

    Use a formula ....

    =AND(WEEKDAY(D$2,2)=6,D4<>"",D4<=TIME(9,30,0))

    Similar formula for other conditions

    Thanks for response. it is working, but how do i assign the conditional formula for the below timing for Saturday.
    If the person entry between 09:30:01 to 09:45:00 Font colour in pink
    if the person entries after 09:45.01 to 10:00:00, font colour in Red colour
