Calculating time elapsed between 2 dates excluding PH and non-business hours

I have two dates in 2 cells. These dates include times,ie. dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm

    1) I need to calculate the difference between the dates in hours.
    2) This formula needs to exclude non-business hours (business hours = 9am until 5pm). So the difference between Day 1 - 17:00 until Day 2 - 10:00 would be 1 hour.
    3) This formula also needs to exclude public holidays and weekends. So the difference between Friday - 17:00 until Monday 10:00 would be 1 hour.

I've found this formula which seems to do the trick, unless somebody else has another solution.

Modified to this as Saturday and Sunday are the standard weekends so INTL function not needed.

    .
Your holidays are different from the US and other countries, so its difficult for me in the US to create a list for the following resource.

However, I believe the following should work nicely for you ?
