Time Fromatting

Hi All
I have no more hair to pull out today. Attached is a VERY simple spreadsheet reflecting time and totals.
My goal is simply to calculate the total amount of time in Column M (multiplying Column A x Column L), but receive the #VALUE error.
The formula could not be more simple, and I have tried to format both Column A and M in several time formats with no luck
Any help/ideas is appreciated

your column A is not a time but a text :20 is not a timestring

make that 0:20 and your formula will work fine
