How Do I find the latest report based on a criteria?
Hello,
I need some help forming a function to find the latest report by each employee from a list of reports. I know I'll need to use MAX to find the date, but many employees have reported more than once but I only want to list one report per employee: their latest one. How could I go about doing this?
Attached is an example file. Thank you in advance, this has been bothering me for a while now.

ARRAY formulas to be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together
In A2 if Sheet 2 then drag down
In B2 if Sheet 2 then drag down
