COUNTIFs not working - returning 0

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me with running some countifs?

I.e. with my SS attached, NEG > N/A and POT > STAR - the count ifs are returning 0 in my case!

I am using absolute formulas as I have multiple criterias (different sets I will be looking at)

Can anyone help me write my countifs formula (I am getting a value of 0 returned to me)

I am trying to countif (absolute cells) a combination of various things i.e. =COUNTIFS($L$3:$L$141, "bad > n/a", $L$3:$L$141,"WHY > N/A")

Any help would be appreciated.

=SUM(COUNTIFS($A$3:$A$141,{"bad > n/a","WHY > N/A"}))
