If 2 criteria match between different worksheets how to combine into one MASTER worksheet

I have an Excel file with three worksheets.

    1.) MASTER - currently empty
2.) Data that meets criteria a) - units from specific division sorted from greatest to smallest
3.) Data that meets criteria b) - units from different division sorted from smallest to greatest

I am trying to create the master to show:

If the part number is the same in both worksheets, and the units in Product A are greater than the units in Product B, show the results in Master.

What is the best approach, PivotTables, VlookUp, Advanced Filtering, other?? (please forward an example of best process to use)

    Many thanks!
