SUMIFS formula that excludes certain criteria

Hello all,

I am trying to find out how much a company made outside of California, USA.

How do I use SUMIFS to exclude California as well as any cells that dont have locations associated to them (blank cells)?

Try
=SUMIFS(A2:A13,B2:B13,"<>CA",B2:B13,"<>")

Just a quick correction B2:B13,"<>" is suppose to be C2:C13,"<>" for the last part of the formula.

Otherwise. this works perfectly!
