Need help creating an attendance sheet with a "point" tracker

    Hi!

I need help creating an excel sheet for my employees. I will be importing data daily into the tracker. The system is as follows:

    <5 minutes = 0.5 points
    11-30 minutes = 1 point
    31-60 minutes= 2 points
    61+ = 3 points
No call no show: 4 points
    doctors note: no points

I'm not sure even where to begin, can anyone help or point me in the right direction? There are a couple of similar threads but none that look similar to this. Please help!!

Attach a sample workbook showing what you are trying to achieve with mocked-up results.

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload

    .
Here is a sample project from my library. Maybe it will give you an idea. Of course, as presented, it is not a "ready to use" product but formulas can be edited
and other changes made as necessary.

Yes, something similar to that! Is there anyway to make it 6-month rolling? E.g. in March, September points fall off?

Your sample helps a lot; gives me an idea on where to start!

    .
Any column that is entitled "ENDS", change the formula to 180 instead of 183. I'm not certain how you would change the formula to precisely calculate how many days depending on the start date and considering some
month have 30 days and others have 31. Formulas are not my strong point. Keep them simple and I can mutter through. If you wanted precise calculations down to the day, someone else on the Forum will need to chime in.
