Subtrackting random numbers from average with a positive answer

Hi

I want to know if someone can give me a formula. I have 10 random number in column C which I get a average then that average must be subtracted from the random numbers in column with a positive answer in column E. Currently I have to change the formula in column E every time I use the workbook.

Do you have formulas set to Manual?
