Sorting Equal Values by conditional formatting

    Hi,
I have worksheet with prediction game for the world cup.
5 points for exact result and score - green cell
2 points for only the result - light green cell
-1 for the opposite score - red cell
the colors Are based on conditional formatting

The result of the users Are arranged in the table and i want to create "tiebreaker"
    - if the points are Equal - give the advantage to user with more "green cells"
    - if still Equal - give the advantage to user with less "red cells"
if There is absolute equality i want that "-" wil Will appear instead of number
    Thanks in advanceex.JPG
