Time sheet problems

Hi, I'd be extremely grateful if someone would help me with my time sheet. I am doing what's called a Broken Shift; generally, 4 hours on, 4 hours off, then 4 hours on. The payment for each day is based on the SPREAD of hours which can be 12 or sometimes less. The rate of pay is calculated as follows. After SPREAD of 9.5 hrs the following:Between 9.5 and 10.5 hrs = time & half. After 10.5 hrs = double time.

I've attached my spreadsheet which shows the days worked with times and spread.
