Pull country names from address

Hi,

Address in my excel spreadsheet is written in below manner with country name being second last word and all the text is separated by comma; is there any way I can separate country names from the address field-
Facebook HQ,Menlo Park,CA,United States,27717
Microsoft,Cyber City,DLF Phase III,Gurugram,Haryana,India,122002

Appreciate all your help on this.
