Extracting data between two dates based on three inputs

Hi

I have a problem where I need to extract the data between two dates (in this case revenue) from a matrix. The data the formula should be finding should be defined by inputting two dates and a column name. I've tried attaching a spreadsheet but this function doesn't work for me for some reason. So I've attached an image instead which hopefully underlines the problem in a better manner. I've tried sumifs in shapes and sizes but no luck. Does anybody have any ideas?
