If statement based on dynamic cells

Hi

I need help with a formula for Day!BR7.

In the cell "Day!BK7" there is a formula that finds a price in the B column on the Data sheet, depending on what time I type in the cell "parameters!B29".
I want an if statement that gives me a 1 if there is a price in column D on the Data sheet that goes below the price in Day!BK7. It needs to search in column D on the Data sheet from the same row it found the price for Day!BK7 and then the whole way down to the row where it found the price in Day!BF7.

If you look on the Stats chart, the question is simple, does the stock hold above the MRL level until close? if yes, then = 1, if no = 0

maybe I can use the formula cell address https://exceljet.net/formula/get-add...-lookup-result to find what cell it should starts from until the close
