Find all unique values based on multiple criteria, excluding blanks

I'm trying to come up with something that will let me extract values in a table based on multiple criteria.

Column P has 3 different values. I'm looking for a formula that will return the 1st non-blank unique value in column P if it matches the corresponding value in column M (which has many many different values) and am hoping that it can be modified to return the 2nd & 3rd and so on unique value in a separate cell(s).

So basically I want to be able to pull all unique Job #'s per EE #.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
