Question Highlight consecutive 7 days or above using conditional formatting

Hi there! I'm new here. Please give a helping hand! :P
As I am working on a excel file to record staff's annual leave, is it possible to highlight a staff who took a consecutive 7 days or above annual leave by using conditional formatting?
    Thank you in advance.

"Sorry to bother again. Is this formula works in a row as well? I tried but it couldn't."
    Problem solved after formula amendment.
