Subtract a value that meets a condition from another value

I need to subtract the Tax Amt "COS" from Owner Gross Value each time it occurs for each well. Not every well has this tax. This tax is not always adjacent to Owner Gross Value. There are not the same number of tax types for each well. There is no subtotal for the tax amounts.

Any help is much appreciated.

...late edit. Just seen the statement that COS isn;t always adjacent to the Gros value amount. Would you clarify. Does this mean for instance that E22 should be 0.41.i.e. D22-F23

You are correct on E22. I tried uploading the workbook on the original post and it wouldn't allow me. I'll try again.
