    Consolidate Countif Formula

    Good Day

I have this formula which works, however I would like to know if there is a way of consolidating the formula into one

    =COUNTIFS(Sheet4!$B:$B;"Laptop";Sheet4!$AM:$AM;"*DBN*")+COUNTIFS(Sheet4!$B:$B;"Laptop";Sheet4!$AM:$AM;"*OVP*")+COUNTIFS(Sheet4!$B:$B;"Laptop";Sheet4!$AM:$AM;"*ATH*")+COUNTIFS(Sheet4!$B:$B;"Laptop";Sheet4!$AM:$AM;"*FOR*")

I find the above formula cumbersome to work with

    Thanks

    Re: Consolidate Countif Formula

    You could try this:

    =SUM(COUNTIFS(Sheet4!$B:$B;"Laptop";Sheet4!$AM:$AM;{"*DBN*","*OVP*","*ATH*","*FOR*"}))

Define "did not work", please. In what way? Error message? Incorrect result?
