Start counting from a name

This is my first post so hopefully I cover everything. I have searched but it is a convoluted scenario.

I have a list of data that is for emails sent to clients. It is separated down the page by name of the sender and everything under that name is what they have sent.

The info is copied in from an external source so it will change daily.

I have already created a formula that calculates what the team has sent each day but now I want to break it down by what each person sent each day.

Is this possible?
