Lookup from only a subset of data

I have a worksheet with a cell reference (A32 on Main_Output). For whatever code is in that cell, I want to look to the other tab (Holdings_interse) and bring in ticker and wgt to the Main_Output tab.

Row 31 and below on Main_Output tab are hardcoded now but again, they need to run off the reference in A32 on that same tab to pull in both ticker and wgt from the Holdigns_interse tab.
