Hi guys! I just want to ask a favor if anyone here can help me regarding on computing philhealth contribution in excel.
Hi, welcome to the forum
I doubt that many members even know what philhealth is, let alone how to calc the contribution
Perhaps if you explained a bit more, and showed us how you would calc this manually?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Will you please attach a sample Excel workbook? We are not able to work with or manipulate a picture of one and nobody wants to have to recreate your data from scratch.
1. Make sure that your sample data are REPRESENTATIVE of your real data. The use of unrepresentative data is very frustrating and can lead to long delays in reaching a solution.
2. Make sure that your desired results are also shown (mock up the results manually).
3. Make sure that all confidential data is removed or replaced with dummy data first (e.g. names, addresses, E-mails, etc.).
4. Try to avoid using merged cells as they cause lots of problems.
Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.
Please pay particular attention to point 2 (above): without an idea of your intended outcomes, it is often very difficult to offer appropriate advice.

i've already attach a file
thank you in advance
A formula that will produce the same results as those that are currently in the PHIC column (file attached to post #5) is:Formula:Please Login or Register to view this content.
However, based on the table of philhealth sheet the values in that column seem to indicate that a full month's premium is being applied to employees A and B, while only a half month's premium is being applied to the other employees. I would also mention that the values in the PHIC column in the file are different from the values shown in the screen shot. We are not given an example of an employee making more than P 40,000 per month so I simply assumed a full months premium to be applied.
