To sort out user data according to groups assigned

Hello All,

Condition Sheet 1: Rows shows the list of User, and the columns shows the User groups

so technically, list of users belonging to their respective user groups

Condition Sheet 2: Rows Shows the list of Licenses and the column shows the list of profile that particular license can have

if you notice from sheet 1 and sheet 2, the User groups name on sheet 1 and the profile assignment name are very similar

Condition on sheet 3, the result should be the list of users on the row and the columns should show the license used by the user

based on sheet 1 and sheet 2 true condition, we should be able to get the results on the 3 sheet.

I would like to get result as "true" or "false" also. Not necessary, it should be in numbers.

I have just referred 1 & 0 'true' or 'false' condition.
In sheet 1, user 1 belongs to group 1 & on sheet 2 group 1 use certain license. Eventually,on sheet 3 need to get a result of users using respective licenses.

Group 3 uses licences 1 and 3, group 4 uses licences 1 and 4.

Both groups consist of users 2 and 3, how do we determine which licences should be assigned to which user?
