If the value of d1 is true and b1 is equal "insert value" than copy value of a1 to b1

    Hi,

I am in the process of building a spreadsheet that users the checkboxes to mark a row active. There are many tows in the sheet. I would like the user to be able to "click" a box that says that they are done. This would copy the value in cell a1 to the cell b1 unless it contained a predefined text value if the cell tied to the checkbox is true. I would like a single action to affect all of the cells meeting the formulas specifics. Thanks

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I have uploaded both before and after examples. I have about 20 of these pages in the workbook. The idea is a user fills in the client values and sets it as active. however many people filling this out do not fill it out if they want the default label. I am trying to make it easier by having them select a button to complete the page and it will move the default label into the client value label if one has not been input already.
