    Averaging Values using Hlookup?

    Hi folks,

I'm seeking your help. I'm looking for a formula that provides the average of the values in each cell that matches a certain column.
I was trying to use HLookup but it only returns the value of the first cell so don't think I'm doing it quite right.

I've provided a picture to hopefully make it a bit easier to explain.
A3 = Average of the values of every 7:00am Mon column. The sheet will extend to column ZZ
B3 = Average of the values of every 7:00am Tue column.
A4 = Average of the values of every 7:15am Mon column etc etc.

I hope that makes sense. Really looking forward to your guidance and assistance

    Just use AVERAGEIF(s).
For Monday @ 7:00 something like...
    Formula: copy to clipboard

Extend range as needed. Copy formula down and across to cover other ranges.

Thank you very much. Look like I was over thinking and making it very complicated. All sorted, thank you
