Formula to pick up list with certain names

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have list of employees in column A as shown.
Depending on value in C1, i need formula in cell C2 down to pick up all names from Column A which consist of text in Cell C1.

...confirmed by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to activate the array, not just ENTER. You will know the array is active when you see curly braces { } appear around your formula. If you do not CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER you will get an error or a clearly incorrect answer.
