Combine two formulas ROUNDUP AND MINUTES

Hi,

I wish to combine two formulas. For example, =ROUNDUP(A1*1440,0)/1440 and =(M2*24*60)

I use the first formula to ROUND UP MINUTES and the second formula to show MINUTES with colon and zeros.

Here is an example.

Length Roundup Minutes
0:03:58 0:04:00 4
0:04:32 0:05:00 5

Can I combine both formulas? If so, how?
