Generate a separate staff customer list based on larger customer table

What is the formula/function to put in cells I5:P11 (or a separate sheet) to return which "Open" status accounts/customers are assigned to which staff. Needs to be "live" as Account status changes frequently and new accounts are made. Old accounts are not deleted, so the list gets long but each of 12 staff may only have a dozen customers.

Thanks for the quick solution. It works. A bit more complicated than i thought it might be. I'll have to study it a bit more to comprehend all that's going on. I'm not quite at that level yet, but I'm planning on it. There's just a couple/few characters in the formula I've never seen used before. As well, there's a bit more nesting than I usually use.

So, given that this sample is just a small representation of my actual spreadsheet, I can adapt this to my larger table by just increasing the row numbers throughout, correct?
