IF(AND(NOT(SEARCH( <> replace with a simpler IFS statement

    Hello,

taking over a workbook for someone and I am trying to simplify their formula. Attached

From what I see, these are using a nest IF(AND(OR(NOT with search and ISNUMBER

I do not know that all of these are needed. Essentially, I would like to consolidate all columns (X-AB) to one nested IFS statement in column W.

From what I can see the the variables with change, so need a IFS that supports multiple outputs.

I started and IFS to test it out on the attached.

Here's an approach for the Col_X formulas.
    - Create these 3 named ranges on a different tab

    Name: List02

    Name: List03

Then put use this regular formula, copied down:

Try that approach for the other columns.

Is that something you can work with?

You are using IFS in the sample. That only works in Office 365. Your profile shows 2013. What version(s) will this have to work in?

Hi Ron Coderre , Is there anyways I can use the IFS for this? Where I have the IFS return multiple different results?

@FlameRetired I am now on office 2016. I updated my profile to reflect that now. Thanks
