I am trying to not have any duplicate information and one large cell then taking away information from 3 additional cells from it.
Check the attachment I've went ahead and created some sample data and the targeted output. I am using this to organize thousands and thousands of rows of data and information and I would need a way to do it without text to columns because there are commas and periods happening multiple times before a required brake.
We'll need a bit more information. It looks like you want to split the sentence at a period or exclamation point. What other punctuation will cause a split? Will you be interested in only three? Also if there is information in the cells to the right, do you want it shifted over too?

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
