Angry Using array formula to solve timing problem (CHALLENGING!!!)

I have a problem with planting trees.
    mrexcel help.PNG
I am currently standing at time T=0, or 2018.
I would like to decide when to plant my trees (represented in green).

When a tree is planted, it produced 0.375 apples per tree, only two years from its planting date, 0.75 after three years, etc... (this is show in rows 9 and 10)
Rows 3 and 7 are sample outputs in red.
Rows 1 and 5 represent time until planting the first tree, and may change based on one cell I change (i.e. 2022 for the first output and 2024 for the second)

By the way, I have a LOT of columns, up to like 2040.
How can I create the output below for any scenario - I tried MMULT and SUMPRODUCT, but the outputs need to be adjust and I just need it to be one formula I can drag across.

    Thank you so much!

    Nope.

What do you want the formula to do (remember: be explicit you understand your data and its layout, we don't)?
Where do you want the formula?
What are the (manually calculated) results?
