Hope this makes sense
I'm trying to get a formula in column B on BEN that will look for "B" in a range from Y6 to DX73 on OVERVIEW, and if "B" is found, use the value in column B of the found "B" row in OVERVIEW to populate BEN column B. There would be blank, D, and N cells within the above range to ignore.

Hello, there is no Worksheet 1 or Worksheet 2 in your sample file. Please use the sheet names of your attachment to explain the scenario.

Basically what I'm after is for me to schedule in jobs and allocate engineers to those jobs based on date ranges they're on shift, in the overview sheet, then the engineers can go into their own labelled sheet ie "Ben" and the data from the overview sheet populates the Job column and highlights the date range column and cell on that sheet, that on the Overview sheet I've allocated a "B" to that date range and cell.
