Conditional Formatting where multiple cells activated will trigger a single cell

Hi All,

I have uploaded a sample file with the information changed. What I am trying to accomplish is when I activate the box's for all the DC characters including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman it makes the conditional formatting activate for the DC cell and I can change color or do whatever with it. Everything I have tried only activates the DC box when Superman is selected, I would like the formatting to only happen when all of the box's are selected. Hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance!
