I have an issue where I am trying to find out a formula that would auto calculate how many perfect surveys are needed to achieve a 95% (meets) 97% (exceeds) and 98% (exceptional). anyone got any ideas?
For example I have an employee that currently has a 84% score, how many more 100% surveys would it take to get them to each of the above stated goals? HELP!!!

I would use Goal Seek for this.
Data > What-If Analysis > Goal Seek > Set cell: C4 > To value: 0.95 > By changing cell: C6 > OK
Repeat these steps for columns D and E (using 0.97 and 0.98 respectively).
The end result is shown in the attachment.
