    Vlookup Not wokring

I have an excel with two tabs.
Tab 1 name: Internal and External Items
    Tab 2 name: Report 8-21-2018

Tab 1 has an Id field. ID field is in COlumn A
Tab 2 has an id field/ ID field is in COlumn A
I added a column on tab 2 to see if the the Id on tab one exist on tab 2.

V look up is not working:

    =VLOOKUP(A2,'"'Internal and External Items'"',1, False).
