Help, I need a logical test for multiple ranges, returing various text answers, Excel 2010

I need a formula that checks the numerical value in cell d11. There are four ranges to be checked, each range would then assign an appropriate text. If the cell does not contain a number in those specified ranges, then it would display the text: Error

put another way, I think the English synax would be like this:

If d11 is less than (value), then "word1", if d11 is > than (value) but < (value), then "word2", if d11 is > than (value) but < (value), then "word3", if d11 is > (value), then "word4", else "Error"

Can you attach a workbook with some sample data and the expected result for that sample.

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload

Trying to figure attachments out, not having any luck so far. I get to the point, whete the file is chosen from my PC, then I click the upload button, and the chosen file is no longer shown in the choose file queue. Seems like the only thing left to do from there, is to close that manage attachments window. Then, I am back to the editor, which is a blank page.
