Your Date & Time Formatted as text so INT function don't work, maybe you need to change your date&time from
8/31/18 14:38:07 to 31/8/2018 14:38:07
Because the dates are M/DD/YY format and you're in Australia and your system is probably configured D/MM/YY you need a more complicated formula. Try this:
