Scheduling changes by increments of time within a cell

Hello!

I write schedules for work, and I want to know how to push a schedule to start later (or pull one up to start earlier) without having to manually change each block of time. IMPORTANT: Time blocks must be within the same cell under the following format: "10:30am-11:00am", the two times cannot be in separate cells.

Basically, I want to know what the solve is if I write a whole schedule to start at 10:30am and then decide I want it to start at 11:00am instead. How do I avoid having to manually retype all the blocks of time?

With this solution, you only need to change the first value on the Time Range tab and the rest will change accordingly.
