formula for pass/fail/undefined

hi everyone, new here.

Need help for my spreedsheet. heres the case:

sample1
(b2) measured value : 9
(c2) low limit : 9
(d2) high limit : 11
(e2) uncertainty : +/- .02
(f2) result : undefined

sample2
(b2) measured value : 9.05
(c2) low limit : 9
(d2) high limit : 11
(e2) uncertainty : +/- .02
(f2) result : pass

sample3
(b2) measured value : 8.5
(c2) low limit : 9
(d2) high limit : 11
(e2) unceratinty : +/- .02
(f2) result : fail


say i have a measured value of 9 with uncertainty value of +/- .02, or (8.98 - 9.02), the result of this should declare "undefined", but if the measured value is inside the upper and lower limit (sample2 - measured value 9.05 +/-.02 or (9.03-9.07)), this should declare "pass" and "fail" if outside both limits of high and low (sample3 - measured value 8.5 +/- .02 or (8.48-8.52)).

hope my inquiry makes sense. been trying to solve this and search for solution for almost a week.
