mailto function with concatenate body

Hi,

I am trying to make a mailto hyperlink with different email body that comes from a concatenate, which combines data from various cells. In the concatenate text (B3) i have added line breaks, but those does not appear in the generated email from mailto. When i manually copy the text in the email, everything looks perfect tho. Tried using %0D%0A in the concatenate body (B9), but then the whole hyperlink returns #VALUE error. How to format the email body so the mailto function keeps the line breaks in the email body? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. Did you ever find a solution?

The problem has something to do with the number of charters in the link_location portion of HYPERLINK(link_location, [friendly_name]). I've seen a limit of 255, but in my case I seems I can have more. Not sure of the "rule" on this, but the length, and not the syntax ended up being the problem.
